Don’t Bully yourself. Sometimes, actually many times we listen to what the bullies tell us and start using their words against ourselves. Saidat is very active in the anti-bully campaign and she has recently released a video on untube about the dangers of self-bullying. I have embedded her video on my sowing peace web site.
